IT INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAMME SCALE UP 

Background:

We were contacted by the Head of Infrastructure programmes at Meggitt to help build their team, before they embarked on a number of largescale projects. These included decommissioning a number of sites, opening a mega site in the Midlands and moving teams over from other sites. Having acquired a number of manufacturing companies over the years, the organisation did not have a clear understanding of their current global infrastructure, which needed to be established.

The Project:

To recruit 8 – 10 IT Project managers for a series of Infrastructure projects including WAN/LAN, Information security and email upgrades.

Titles included:

IT Project Manager

Infrastructure Project Manager

Methodology:

We mapped out a number of high profile project managers who would be able to deliver to tight timescales and under pressure.

 Results:

We successfully placed ten project Managers placed within the Infrastructure and Applications teams at Meggitt.
